Yes - I am living a diet-free life!

You may ask, “Tammie, if you don't diet, how do you manage your weight?”. The answer is mindful eating. Mindful eating means listening to your body instead of diet guidelines to tell you when and what to eat. Mindful eating means to be in charge of your weight instead of letting some diet rules take over, leaving you feeling deprived, frustrated and out of control. By learning to eat when you are truly hungry and stopping before you are too full, YOU get to be in charge of losing and/or managing your weight.

You were born with the ability to eat this way; you practiced it as a baby/toddler but life gets in the way and you created other reasons to feed and over-feed yourself. Repair your relationship with food and learn how to deal with the WHY you are overeating, the part most diets don't address, leaving you in a constant cycle of yo-yo dieting. Get back the freedom to eat foods you love without feeling guilty and take the power away from your trigger foods so you can eat them without binging. Giving up dieting gives you back time that you have been wasting following diets and being consumed with their rules. This time can be spent on more important things like nurturing yourself so that you can be more present in other areas of your life.
